We are a manufacturer, exporter and supplier of housingless horizontal mill stands, housingless vertical mill stands, conventional and pre-stressed mill stands, high speed blocks and laying heads, complete TMT systems, pinion stands, reduction gear boxes, coilers, coil conveyors, roller tables & tilting tables, shears, cooling beds and bar handling equipment, hot saws, etc. We, as a service provider, also undertake turnkey hot and cold rolling mill projects including heavy equipment fabrication and machining jobs.

Core Competencies

• Turnkey Hot and Cold Rolling Mill Projects: We undertake turnkey jobs related to design, manufacture, supply, erection and commissioning of the complete rolling mills including section, bar, rod and wire rod mills for capacities up to 300,000 TPA
• Heavy Equipment Fabrication and Machining Jobs: We undertake heavy equipment fabrication and machining, especially steel, tube, power, sugar, chemical plants tailormade to design and specifications provided by the clients. We specialize in machining of heavy jobs on horizontal boring, vertical borings, gear hobbings, etc. well supported by EOT cranes with a maximum capacity of 40 tons having a lift of 8.5m, backed by 100% stand-by emergency power supply.

• Host organization wide brainstorming sessions at least two sessions in a year

Our Facilities

Our factory is segmented into four divisions, viz. machine shop spread at 30,000 sq. ft., assembly area spread at 30,000 sq. ft., fabrication shop covering 16,000 sq. ft. of space, and design, planning & administration spread at an area of 15,000 sq. ft. Our advanced machine shop is equipped with hi-tech European made machines like,
